A fantastic opportunity with a blue chip brand to lead the European Customer Data Driven Marketing practice. This role will drive revenue, retention and brand value by leveraging internal and external data, building actionable insights and implementing marketing campaigns across paid and earned digital touchpoints.

To be considered, you will be a senior digital data driven marketing leader with experience in digital marketing / CRM marketing, and a proven track record within a European organisation. You'll be experienced in the use of data in digital marketing to effectively drive innovation, with a strong track record in email marketing and programmatic digital media in conversion optimisation and revenue generation. You will have expertise in retention and loyalty marketing, the driving of customer value, as well as strong people leadership skills.
