The Opportunity

This a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious digital marketing professional with extensive experience of creating and implementing successful digital marketing strategies within fast paced, high action D2C environments. Reporting to the CMO, the Head of Digital will have full accountability for the digital channel, with ultimate responsibility for increasing traffic, delivering YoY enquiry growth, fine tuning the digital sales funnel and owning our digital customer engagement platform. The Head of Digital will be required to apply 'current thinking' to create a clear strategic vision and lead a dedicated team to deliver sustainable growth.

Background and Experience

  • Currently operating as a senior digital expert with at least 5 years' experience of end to end digital marketing including traffic uplift, acquisition, enquiry conversion and CRM.
  • Your experience will have been gained within an enquiry led 'direct to consumer' environment, either in-house or agency side
  • You'll be an excellent project manager able to oversee multiple project steams with senior experience of leading teams.
  • A proven track record of developing strategy, managing budget, and leading a team to deliver consistent sales growth
  • Commercial savvy, you'll be able to interpret complex sales data to create highly effective digital marketing campaigns to drive customer awareness and engagement.
  • You'll have experience of managing agencies and in house teams to deliver PPC, SEO, eCRM and SMS digital marketing activity.
  • You'll be able to demonstrate highly effective stake holder engagement, with the ability to influence others and work 'with and through people' at board level, within operations and externally.
