We are seeking dedicated, high caliber professionals who are smart and energetic, have a positive attitude and take pride in their work. Currently, we have an opening for a Digital Marketing Analyst. The Digital Marketing Analyst is the person most responsible for the execution of quality digital campaigns for our clients. This individual will oversee digital campaigns for clients, including audience identification and selection, media buying, campaign reporting and analysis. Tasks and responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Analyst position include:

  1. Generate insertion orders and insure all signed client authorizations are in place for implementation. Document all negotiations, make goods and credits.
  2. Traffic and management of digital assets.
  3. Work with Digital Account Service staff to evaluate Client requirements. Create Client audiences for campaign in cooperation with Production department based on input from Client Services.
  4. Dynamic management of campaign performance to include creative, audience segments and media. Provide quantitative thinking in a fast paced environment in order to generate the performance metrics set by client. Recognize and identify areas of weakness or poor performance, as well as highlight the strength of campaigns.
  5. Analyze the success of offers, creative and overall campaigns, proposing new tests and improvements for future campaigns for Client Services to recommend to Client.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Must be able to produce college transcripts showing minimum 3.0 GPA if applicable.
  • 2+ years of agency or client-side experience in digital marketing, technology and e-commerce, including social media and display marketing.
  • Specific experience with campaign management with regard for creative, audience and media. Experience managing digital campaigns on ad exchanges via one or more DSPs and using audience profile targeting is a plus.
  • Capable of generating consistently accurate, useful reports as well as an enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insight relevant to marketing program objectives
  • Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
