Job Description

Seeking digital marketing professional to drive digital overhaul of new business segment and continue to refine digital marketing processes and practices across the business

Successful candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record of metric-driven digital execution
  • Experienced in digital revolutions with ability to turn around a marketing program to be successful at marketing and selling digitally as a priority but in concert with traditional channels
  • Be highly skilled in digital strategy, execution and analytics
  • Be a strong communicator and have a grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities include:

· Lead Digital Marketing efforts, growing skills and capabilities to scale with a rapidly growing dynamic company

· Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising in alignment with marketing campaings

· Design, build and maintain our social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Research Gate)

· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); Including management of digital marketing budget

· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

· eCommerce implementation and management is a plus

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 7-10 years Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and meet lead targets for digital channel
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google & Bing Adwords campaigns

· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

· Experience in genomics or life sciences field is helpful
