At SalesLoft, our Director of Creative Services is pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing marketing team working alongside Brand Experience and marketing leadership to lead the transformation of an in-house creative agency.
SalesLoft's Creative Director guides all projects and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative team. This includes overseeing and contributing to concept strategy and development, design, and implementation. This role will be responsible for establishing the creative direction, style, and methodology for the team and will play a significant role in defining the purpose and vision of the group. In addition, the Creative Director will evaluate, coach/mentor, and hire creative talent to support both current and planned capabilities as the team evolves. You will have an opportunity to make a difference!
